Experience the ultimate shoe customization class with our DA Decon-Recon Class, held in sunny Santa Ana, California. Whether you choose the AJ1 Low or TS-AJ1 Low, you'll not only create a unique pair of shoes, but also learn essential skills and enhance your knowledge for successful customization. Perfect for beginners and intermediate levels, our class will have a maximum of three (3) students to ensure an immersive and personalized experience. What's included?

• Follow-along shoe construction guide for your chosen shoe 
• Base pair of shoes
• Ready-to-use Drode Atelier toolkit with all the starter hand tools needed to make your shoes in class and in the future

• Leather and internal components for crafting your shoe
• Working in the studio using best-in-class industrial sewing machines (Durkopp Adlers and Juki), with built-in servo motors. This enables the machine speed to be set based on sewing skill level and abilities.

What you'll learn:

• How to remove the uppers and prepare the soles for your custom shoes
  
• Sewing 101- how to set up and use a post bed sewing machine; how to thread bobbins, adjust thread tensions, change needles, oil the post bed machine, and more! We'll have an in-depth conversation about machine selection, including types of machines and price points.
• How to make an AJ1 Low or TS-AJ1 Low, from start to finish
